Shipping policy

Purchases are shipped from our Studio in Gurgaon, Haryana – India, by courier. 

Domestic Shipping –   3 to 5 working days for standard orders & 12 to 15 working days for personalized ones. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2-7 working days, depending on the delivery pin code. If the order includes more than one item, the dispatch time will be determined by the item that takes the longest to be dispatched.

Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and gazette holidays. Unforeseen circumstances like strikes that affect business operations or force businesses to close down for the day will be considered non-working days and impact delivery timelines.

Nunmun takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. Nunmun is not responsible for damage after delivery.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type & other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
